Four modules. One record underneath.

Dock runs the establishment, Medico is the clinician's own view, Care is the patient's door and Counter is the medical shop. They are separable on a price list and they share one patient identity: nothing is re-registered, re-keyed or reconciled between them.

How they join up

One patient, followed across all four.

The same episode, seen from four desks. This is the whole argument for buying them together rather than separately.

  1. Dock

The patient is registered at the front desk, given an appointment or a bed, and billed. One identity, created once.

  2. Medico

The clinician opens that same patient, consults, and prescribes. Nothing was retyped to get there.

  3. Counter

The prescription reaches the shop as a queue entry, is dispensed against stock, and writes its own register line.

  4. Care

The patient and the family member see the plan, the medicines and the follow-up date, and ask for the refill when it runs out.

Which of the four do you actually need?

Most establishments start with two. Thirty minutes and an honest answer about which two, and what the other two would add later.
