DK-01 as approved also carries a preferred language, an attendant or next-of-kin block, and a claim code that links the patient's own Care app. None of those has a column behind it: RegisterPatientRequest accepts name, date of birth, sex, phone, email, address, blood group, external identifiers and consent, and nothing else.
