Tariff and charges

DK-114

The hospital's own charges, each from a date. A new price is a new row; old prices stay, so every bill can be explained.

Charges in force

Code Charge Category Unit Price From State

No charges are recorded yet. Add them below, accept the suggested ones, or import a CSV.

Prices from a later date

No price is waiting for a later date.

Add a charge or a new price

Using an existing code with a later date records a new price from that date. The earlier price stays on record.

    Suggested starter charges

Code Charge Unit Survey range Suggested Source Actions

The repository has no dated survey of room rates, so no room rate is suggested. Set your own on Room rates (DK-115).

    Import and export

Columns - code, name, category, unit, price_rupees, effective_from (YYYY-MM-DD), active (yes or no), store_item_code. Each row is a new price; a row identical to one already recorded is skipped.

    Margins and display

Mark-up is (price − input cost) ÷ input cost. An item above the ceiling is reported, never blocked; the administrator decides.
Default off - every calendar day the patient holds a bed is one day, starting with the admission day; the discharge day is not counted. A same-day stay is one day.

    Input cost and margin

Code Charge Input cost Price Mark-up Cost from State

No charges are in force, so there is nothing to compare.

    Above the ceiling

A one-page statement, as of the date above, to print or file.
